What is projector?
Projector is a brand new online entertainment portal giving you instant access to the best independent films, world cinema, documentaries and short films.
How do I set up an account?
Click ‘Register’ at the top left of your screen to sign up! Once you have signed up you can start buying stuff, getting personal recommendations and commenting on/rating films.

Do I have to subscribe to use Projector?
No, Projector is a pay-per-view service so you can watch what you want, when you want. We are looking to introducing subscription packages early next year.
How do I buy/rent films on Projector?
5 simple steps:
- 1. When you find something you like, just click watch now.
- 2. Join Projector or sign in using your details.
- 3. Choose rental package – this automatically determines the price.
- 4. Enter payment details and click confirm.
- 5. Ready to go!
It’s as simple as that!
How do I search for Films?

Rent a film – what’s this?
When you rent a movie, you can watch it an unlimited number of times, for a given period (1 day or 3 days). Say you want to take a break within the rental period...the film will be stored in ‘My Zone’ for you to carry on watching whenever you like.
Download to own – what’s this?
Where you can download a film that you can watch to your heart’s contempt! You can only watch this film on one computer due to our licensing terms. You won’t be able to copy films to DVDs as Projector is a legal service, actively working to combat piracy.
Do I have to be connected to the internet to watch movies?
Yes, we are a streaming service, so make sure you’re connected!
Can I watch the movie from a different computer?

How can I pay?
You can use:
- All credit and debit cards [including Amex and Maestro]
- Coupon number [enter code in popup box for discount]
- SMS reverse billing [enter mobile number and you will receive an SMS code see below for details]
Is our payment system safe?
All purchase requests are brokered by Gate2Shop, the go to guys for e-commerce. Your billing information is sent using a secure SSL internet connection, authorised by Safecharge . We are using the most innovative fraud prevention solution available to keep your details safe!
How to use SMS billing?
Select ‘pay by SMS’ the coolest and simplest method of payment. Receipt of purchase will appear on your monthly bill as XXX
- Enter your mobile number and we’ll send you a text.
- Enter the verification code received in the text.
- Click confirm and you’re good to go!
How easy is that?!
Why can’t I watch any of your films outside the UK?
We currently only have the rights for our titles within the UK but... Watch this space for updates on this!
Can you watch Projector movies on your TV?
Yes, of course! The easiest way to do this is to buy a PC-to-TV cable from any high street electrical store. We realise this could be annoying so we are working on making this a whole lot easier, but you’ll be hearing about that when the time is right!
